Telegram is handy for a small change when you are away from your desk, like moving a workshop start time by 30 minutes. In the bot chat, type slash create, then your request. Ours moves the start time to ten thirty, and says do not publish. We send it once, and the bot replies with the new task number. Now we open Glance Agents in your workspace, go to Tasks, and search for part of the title. Our new task shows up, with the number the bot gave us. We open it. The note says it was requested via Telegram, and the CEO has already drafted a plan. Approve and Reject are the two buttons for your decision. After a reload, the plan is still there. Your Telegram request is on your board, and its plan is waiting for your approval. Nothing is published until you say so.
