If a plan is not quite right, like the wrong button label on the workshop page, reply in the same task instead of starting a new one. Click the small x on the card. It only hides the card. Nothing is rejected. We type our reply: make the main action View the workshop schedule, and keep it informational. Then we click Send. Our reply shows in the thread, and the agent starts working. The agent says it will revise the existing plan, with the same task and project. Moments later, the card reads Plan, revision 2, and a new approval question appears. The plan tab now reads Revision 2, and scrolling down it names the new button label: View the workshop schedule. A new plan version is saved and the earlier card has expired, so you approve the new one. Nothing is published.
