Changing a saved email, like a new subject line for the invitation, starts with a plan, so your old version stays saved and nothing is sent. Here is the campaign from the last lesson. The invitation, the reminder and the follow-up are each saved as version 1. We use the same box to ask for a change: a new subject line, A practical workshop for your next step, and a new main button, See workshop details. We say to keep everything else the same and send nothing. Then we click Ask agents to plan drafts. A new card appears: Review the plan in Glance Agents. This is a new request, so the first one stays as it was. This is the new plan task. The blue note is for the agents, so you can ignore it. The agents had no questions this time, and the plan is already written. The plan says to change only the invitation, with the new subject and main button, and to carry the reminder and the follow-up forward exactly as they are. The card at the bottom asks: Do you accept this plan? We click Approve. Look at the mode button. It reads Plan mode, which Campaigns chose for you. After Approve, the task switches to Auto by itself, and the agents revise the invitation. Back in Campaigns, the new card says Review the plan. A little later it says Preparing drafts. When it is done, the card changes to Saved in Campaigns. The invitation now reads saved version 2, and the reminder and the follow-up are still version 1. Below it, the card from the last lesson still shows the invitation as version 1, so your old version is kept. We reload Campaigns to check, and it shows the same. This is the same draft with a new version, and the old version is still there. Nothing was sent or scheduled.
