Campaigns can plan your workshop emails for you, so you approve the plan before an invitation, a reminder and a follow-up are saved as drafts. We type what we want in the box: an invitation, a reminder and a follow-up, with blanks for the date, the sender and the page link. We also say not to send anything. Then we click Ask agents to plan drafts. A new card appears: Review the plan in Glance Agents. We open it. This is the plan task in Glance Agents. The blue note at the top is for the agents, so you can ignore it. The CEO agent has a question first: what is the approved page, and who is the email for? We choose I will provide the URL and audience, and click Submit answers. Look at the mode button. It already reads Plan mode. Campaigns started the task in Plan for you, so we do not touch it. The agents are now writing the plan. Here is the plan. It says to create three review-only drafts, an invitation, a reminder and a follow-up, and not to schedule or send anything. At the bottom, the card asks: Do you accept this plan? You can Reject it or Approve it. A comment is never approval. We reload the page to check. The plan is still there, and it is still waiting for you. When the plan looks right, we click Approve. That is your go-ahead. The task switches to Auto by itself, and the agents start the drafts. The button may still read Plan until you reload. Back in Campaigns, the card still says Review the plan. A few seconds later it changes to Saved in Campaigns. The invitation, the reminder and the follow-up are each saved as version 1. We reload Campaigns to check, and the three drafts are still there. Three drafts are saved in Campaigns. Drafting is not sending, so nothing was sent or scheduled.
