When the workshop page plan looks right, one click on Approve starts the work, and you do not have to switch anything yourself. Click Approve. The conversation shows Approved plan. The task starts working, and the mode button still reads Plan mode. After a reload, the button reads Auto mode. Approve switched the task to Auto for you. About twenty-five seconds later, the Tasks tab shows what your approval created: two tasks, Marketing production and Website build. Marketing then adds two tasks of its own: landing and thank-you copy, and an informational email sequence. A little later, nothing is complete yet. Progress reads zero of four. Then the copy tasks finish, one after the other. Progress moves to one of four, then two of four. About twenty seconds later, Marketing production is done too. Progress reads three of four. The Website build task is still waiting to start. The agent's note says the website change opens in the website review widget later. A little over a minute later, we reload the task. It shows Blocked in red. Here, Blocked means the main task is waiting on the website task. Nothing is wrong. The task shows Auto mode. Marketing work is done, the website work is waiting, and nothing is live yet.
