Publishing is its own decision, so approving a plan or finishing a task never puts the workshop page on your live site. Right now, the live address for the workshop page shows page not found. Here is the reviewed preview. The panel reads Preview ready. Scroll the panel down to the choices at the bottom. In this practice site, Looks good, accept is what puts the page on your live site. There is no separate publish step. We click it once, and the two big buttons fade. The panel then says: This review is closed and can no longer receive replies. About thirty seconds later, we open the live page. Before, it said page not found. Now it shows the workshop page. Last step: open the website task and set its status to Done. A moment later, the CEO closes the main task. The closing note may still say the preview remains unpublished. The live page is what counts, so open it to check. The task reads Done.
